Licence and invoice
After the payment is confirmed, a signed licence file is issued for the named organization; closing documents follow the contract.
Refund
A paid transaction can be refunded: card — 3–7 days, SBP — almost instantly. Send a request with the order number.
Online payment is not enabled yet: prices and the bank key are set by the site owner. Until then terms are agreed by email — the form is hidden so that no payment is promised that cannot happen.
